Empowerment Sciences - エンパワメント科学

こんにちは！　医学類5年の池田と申します！
今回、研究室で、保育・医療の現場で働かれている専門職の方々へ、
感謝の気持ちを述べさせて頂いた動画を作りました。
Hello!　I'm Ikeda, a 5th year medical student!
Recently, we made a video in our laboratory to express our gratitude
to the professionals working in the field of childcare and medical care.



今回のウイルスは全ての人に影響を与えていると思いますが、
今回は、いつも研究室がお世話になっている専門職の方々に向けて作らせて頂きました。
保育・医療の現場は、コロナによって気を配らないといけないことやお仕事が特に多いと思います。
いつも本当にありがとうございます。
作った動画は、「保育パワーアップ研究会」のHPの方にも掲載して頂きました。
この動画が、疲れている誰かの心のエネルギーに少しでもなったら幸いです。
We know this virus affects everyone, but in this case, we make it for people who has always helped us.
In childcare and medical settings, I think there is especially a lot of work and care that needs to be taken care of by the corona.

この大変な状況下だからこそ、今こそ周りの人達を少しでもエンパワー出来るように、
研究室もより一層頑張っていかなくてはいけません。
エンパワーメントのコツの一つに「ともに楽しむ」があります。
現場の人達が、お仕事にやりがいを感じて「楽しむ」ことが出来るようにするには、
どんな資源が必要なのか考え、サポート出来るように頑張ります。
Because of this difficult situation, it is precisely now that our laboratory should work hard and empower all the people who are around us.
One of the tips for empowerment is to have fun together.
We should think about what resources help people working in the field feel challenged and "enjoy" their work, and do our best to support them.
