Dear friends with a vision for empowering!
Last Friday, Professor Kojiro Tamura (Head of Special Education) gives us an incredible speech
about empowering teachers of special education. He dedicates his life and career to those teachers
so that they can adopt the empowering attitude and be the good doors to the
amazing journey for their everyone in the classes,
UNICEF said that every extra schooling year increases an individual’s
potential income by more than 10 percent. This study shows the strength of education
and societal requirement are how to influence the very single person’s life.
Professor Kojiro Tamura simply defined the importance of empowering teachers
“in practice, a teacher is a person who tubes for inspiring and encouraging his students
to strive for their greatness. Thus, the policies should promote special education teachers’ training
and development of support structure in order to promote them with
solutions to a difficult situation and reduce their burden”. For being teacher,
they often face the problems not only in classrooms but also publicly.
Though they have been expected high standards of behavior due to their social influence.
It says that how teachers face a higher level of occupational stress than other professions.
A global initiative aimed at achieving inclusive education leads system and social empowerment in all countries of the UN members.
Professor Kojiro Tamura emphasized the importance of empowering teachers, I do believe that it would probably be essential instrument for the reaching 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goal.

Hello everyone, the summer is coming, are you ready to welcome hot life.
From 11th to 12th in June, we spent 2 days in Tobishima village.
It is a very meaningful journey for us.
The purpose of this journey is to do a investigation to verify the effects of
community empowerment and achieve a "health and longevity village "
with residents and employment in local.
The Tobishima village give us a deep impression because of its “connection”,
they are contenting with their current life, so they deeply appreciate everything they received.
It is a very estimable place for them. I think this village must be developed better in future.

three years ago.
