Hello, everyone, how is your first weekend in August?
Ours were very colorful and exciting,
Why?
Because our every year's gathering with all our lab's members and graduated predecessors
was held in this weekend in Nagoya.
And it is also my first time to paticipate in it.
On 1st August,
The guests and predecessors came one after another,
We held a Seminar,
they gave us a lecture about their research,
Tanaka sensei's lecture is about their efforts in order to acheive their child-care center's
" love love love" objective,
Yamamoto sensei talked about the faculty for the disability in Tokyo,
Shiraokawa sensei talked about the aging society and aging problem in Akita,
Okumura san and Ito san gave us a full perspectives about Tobishima both their aging support and sports support.
After the seminar,
We went out for the earnest talk over dinner.
2nd August,
We went to the Kobayashi Orchard for sightseeing.
See how big the watermelon is!
As soon as we arrived at the orchard,
Kobayashi san and his wife gave us a warm reception,
After the delicious orange and watermelon,
we also went to the orchard field,
Is it attractive even though just by seeing this photo,
Not only the appearance of the oranges looks attractive,
their flavours are also great.
Kobayashi san shared the secret of delicous with us,
across their scientific planting and the owners carefully attendance,
they can harvest countless rich fruits in every year.
In the greenhouse,
we picked the orange from the tree with our own hands,
the feeling of harvest was so real when sweat dripped down our face.
Wish that all of us can have a big crop in our research according our unremitting effots!
昨日、今日と飛島村の職員のみなさまと夢の花を咲かせるワークショップ「夢の花ワークショップ」に
長寿研with Arnesｙaさんで参加してきました！
夢の花ワークショップは、これからの飛島村をテーマにそれぞれのグループがコア設計、リソース設計、プロセス設計、ビジョン設計という段階でそれぞれディスカッションしたものを共有するという方法です。
今回2日間に及ぶディスカッションで、飛島村の方たちや留学生たちで構成されたインターナショナルチームのアイデアなどを共有することができて、自分たちのビジョンが広がりました。

花の形できれいにまとめていて住民の方がいきいきと暮らせるように考えられていてよかったです。
こちらはひまわりチームのコア設計の発表です。
実際に現場で働いている視点からのアイデアはとても勉強になりました！
そして桜チームのコア設計です。
こちらも飛島村を行政という視点からイノベーションを起こしていくアイデアがたくさん出ていました！
とても楽しくて刺激的な時間をみなさんありがとうございました！
今回の飛島村でのワークショップもみなさまのおかげで最高に刺激的で楽しい時間を過ごすことができ、
私自身も飛島村でまた一つ貴重な経験を得ることができました。
